Relax. Revive. Repeat.
Ann and Richard welcome you to Beara Farmhouse, The Old Shippon and Sparrows, situated in the idyllic heart of the North Devon countryside, yet only 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow. The Old Shippon offers self-catering accommodation and sleeps up to 4 people. Sparrows is also self catering but larger and can accommodate up to six people.
The Old Shippon is attached to Beara Farmhouse, but has its own entrance through an ancient archway, and is fully self-contained. Sparrows is completely detached from the Farmhouse and is a recently converted farm building sleeping 4 to 6 people. It is also self-contained. Beara (from the Saxon meaning "wooded pasture") is a traditional Devon Farmhouse, parts of which date back several hundred years. Set in three acres of Devon farmland, Sparrows and The Old Shippon offer a truely 'get-away-from-it-all' relaxing self-catering holiday experience in North Devon. With beautiful countryside views, central heating and a wood-burner for those who like an open fire, you will find it is a restful place to stay at any time of year. Ann and Richard will make you feel welcome and even leave a welcome cream tea for you on your arrival. Free range eggs are available and in season, fresh vegetables from Ann's garden too! Short Breaks are Easily Arranged (not June, July, August or September.) Call for Details. |
